Food was good, server was awesome. However was hot, not sure if ac was out. They wait was long. Not many people there, maybe short staffed. They did give us free shake for the wait.

Had their petite fillet. Not bad but nothing to get excited about. Just was not much flavor in the sandwich.

Wanted to give this team a HIGH FIVE for excellent customer service. I work near by and like to have a slider or a beef and chedder every now again and they have never have gotten my order wrong until yesterday. I called as soon as I found out they gave me the wrong sandwiches and the shift manager was very nice. I did not catch his name but he told me to speak with Angela today, which I did. Every worker there has always been very nice every time I've gone there and they handled this situation with grace. Thank you ladies and gents! I'll be seeing you soon!😊

I had brisket Bourbon bbq sandwich. Worst sandwich I've had in a long time. Stick with the roast beef, leave bbq to others who know what they're doing.

The food was good but not what I ordered I asked for onion rings and got curly fries I could barely hear the lady talk and apparently she couldn't hear me either

Great milkshakes, you've got to try one. Like homemade. All the food is fresh. Helpful & happy staff. To me it's a guaranteed good meal. Try the cookies too, excellent.

The 2 fish for $5 is a really good and tasty deal. The help is very friendly. The food is always good and fresh.

Great customer service! They were kind in letting me know my wait time was going to be much longer than expected and gave me a free meal coupon for the inconvenienced time I waited for my order. Very recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff and newly remodeled. Food taste great and goes sweet along with a orange cream shake.

The service is a little show but everything is basically made to order so can't complain about that. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to going back real soon.

It's fast food, but it's not bad fast food. The beef is pressed and the meat is generally a little too salty, but the portions are big and, if you like meaty sandwiches, this is your place. I like the curly fries. The folks in the Milton store have always been friendly and quick with the service. When you're tired of the usual hamburgers this is a nice alternative.

I was looking forward to getting a Gyro. It took at least 15 minutes to get my order, then it was missing ingredients. I asked why no Gyro sauce on my sandwich. They said they were out of ingredients. They should have told me when I ordered so I could order something else. The sandwich was terrible. This place is usually has polite staff and Good sandwiches. Maybe they were having bad day. I will still give them another try. Everybody has a bad day sometimes. :)

Always fresh, hot, fast and they always get my order right. Unlike other fast food places where you can't have it your way and you're not loving it. Lol

Arby's is always a great alternative to the usual burgers. Roast beef and curly fries hit the spot.

They have the meat(s)! But ignore the sliders, because it'd take 10 of them and $20 to date a toddler. I get the 1/2 pound roast beef most often, and, depending on how virtuous I feel, I sometimes do not eat the bun. Yeah, not health food, but not a burger. Also not a salad, so yay!

Yesterday is bad day for the Arby's in Milton FL. The cashier up front was so busy doing everything by herself. The customer line was out the door and only 1 register was open and it was lunch time. The wait time was too long. The women's bathroom was dirty. Everyone was still very nice and courteous but the poor up front cashier was overwhelmed. She was doing the job of 3 people.

Consistantly decent. Clean dining area and restrooms. Employees have always been friendly.

Every time I go they forget to put a large piece of my order in the bag. It’s pathetic. A bunch of grown people work there and can’t do their job even a little bit correctly. They will never get it right the first time so I won’t be going back. Fire the redneck trash and it’ll be much better. thanks.

With the seemingly endless variety of fast-food burger and chicken places, Arby's stands out for it's non-fast meats. The chain does a great job of demonstrating the use of primarily roast beef on bread. Reubens, cheese steaks, french dips, or just a plain ol' roast beef sandwiches. They cover the selection very well. The store was very clean, well stocked, and the staff was obviously well trained not only in the technical aspects of the sandwich making process, but also hospitality. Definitely check it out when in the area.

Seriously twice in a row they forgot my food both times staff was rude . I understand mistakes are made but not when the employees are distastefully rude and inaccuracies occur repeatedly!! Please someone in upper management spend some time coaching and training for order accuracy and hospitality!!

Was having a rough day and needed something to cheer me and my friends up. We arrived at the Arby’s in Milton not expecting much. However, the drive thru attendant, Trenton came to our rescue. You got a good one Arby’s- Promote him. :))

I have not liked Arbys for decades. I have tried to like them... but it never worked out.Today I was heading home and wanted a gyro... but my neighborhood has no Greek restaurants.Then I remembered their commercials about gyros and decided to give them another chance.IT WAS DELICIOUS AND FILLED MY CRAVING!Excellent taste, excellent service. Good all around.

A little slow, but there food is always good, and the people always nice.
